Description
Mindful Foods Pecans are Australian grown certified organic pecan halves that have been activated: long soaked in green tea kombucha with filtered water and Australian rock salt, then dried slowly at low temperature in a closed circuit dehydrator rather than roasted. The result is a light, crisp half with a clean, buttery pecan flavour and a faint savoury edge from the rock salt. Eat them as they are, sprinkle them over salads, soups and vegetables, or use them anywhere a recipe asks for pecans, in porridge, in baking and on a cheese board.
