Description
Golden Granola is a chai-spiced, lemon myrtle-infused activated granola from Mindful Foods, made in Australia. Buckwheat, sunflower seeds, pepitas, almonds and pecans are soaked in kombucha, filtered water and Australian rock salt and then slow dried rather than roasted, and the blend is finished with coconut chips, oats and raw macadamias, turmeric and lemon myrtle, and a warm spice mix of cardamom, star anise, clove, pepper and black cumin, bound with brown rice malt syrup and coconut oil. Eat it with milk or yoghurt, spoon it over fruit and smoothie bowls, or use it as a crumble topping.
