Description
Cacao Brain Power is a chocolate granola built on activated nuts and seeds. Buckwheat, sunflower seeds, pepitas, almonds and pecans are soaked in the brand's own kombucha with filtered water and Australian rock salt, then dried rather than roasted, and folded through raw cacao nibs and cacao powder, coconut chips, coconut oil, macadamias, honey and a warm run of ginger, cinnamon, mesquite, maca and vanilla. Eat it with milk or yoghurt at breakfast, or spoon it over fruit, smoothie bowls and raw cakes for crunch. Eaten at breakfast it stands in for a morning chocolate bar.
