Description
Blue Immunity is one of the Mindful Foods Stardust powders, a deep blue blend built on butterfly pea flower, blue spirulina, elderberry and ginger, made in Australia from imported ingredients. Blue spirulina makes up 25% of the blend and carries most of the colour, while the ginger gives it a warm edge and the elderberry a dark berry note. Stir a teaspoon or two into hot or cold milk for a blue latte, blend it into a smoothie, or use it as a plant based colour in icing, yoghurt and baking.

Suggested Use
For a latte, stir 1 to 2 teaspoons into a cup of hot milk, or serve it with cold milk over ice. For a smoothie, blend 1 to 2 teaspoons with a frozen banana, a cup of milk, a cup of water and a tablespoon of seeds such as chia or flaxseed. For colouring icing, yoghurt or baked goods, add it a little at a time until the colour is where you want it. It is highly pigmented and can stain surfaces and fabrics.
