Wanderlust High Strength Milk Thistle is a single herb capsule built on a standardised milk thistle seed extract, taken one a day. It comes as a bottle of 30 hard capsules and is made in Australia. Milk thistle is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine as a liver tonic, to support healthy liver function, help protect the liver and relieve the symptoms of indigestion.
