Description
Micronutrition OxyCleanse is a heavy magnesium oxide capsule with added citric acid. Magnesium oxide works by osmosis, drawing water into the intestine, and the ARTG listing records it as an aperient or laxative. It comes as the 120 vegetarian capsule bottle. It is a high-magnesium product intended for short courses rather than continuous daily use.

The four-capsule starting serve therefore supplies 3380 mg of heavy magnesium oxide, equivalent to 2028 mg of elemental magnesium, and 100 mg of citric acid. Excipients in the formulation: hypromellose and purified water.

Suggested Use
Adults: begin with 4 capsules and 250 mL of purified or distilled water on an empty stomach before bed. If you do not have 3 to 5 bowel movements the following day, increase your serve by 2 capsules each night until 3 to 5 movements are achieved, then continue at that quantity for 7 consecutive days. For ongoing use, take the same number of capsules that worked during that period, 2 to 3 times per week or as needed. Do not use if you are experiencing abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting or diarrhoea. This product contains magnesium, which may have a laxative effect; prolonged use may cause serious bowel problems. Drink plenty of water. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children.
