Micronutrition Cartidyss Plus is a one-a-day marine collagen capsule. It is built on Cartidyss, a branded type II marine collagen derived from fish cartilage, and adds ascorbic acid, biotin and elemental zinc. Micronutrition now markets it as Cartidyss Plus Marine Collagen. It comes as the 30 capsule bottle, a one month supply at one capsule daily.
