Metagenics MetaRelax® Recharge Overnight is a practitioner evening tablet combining Holixer™ holy basil (Ocimum tenuiflorum) with MagActive® magnesium bisglycinate, magnesium amino acid chelate, Meta Zn® zinc bisglycinate and vitamin C. It is formulated to help calm the mind before sleep and to support magnesium and zinc levels overnight. It is the 30 tablet pack, taken as one tablet with the evening meal.
Product Strengths
- Holy basil is traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine to help the body adapt to stress.
- Supplies 105 mg of elemental magnesium per tablet from two chelated sources.
- Contains Holixer™ holy basil herb top extract 250 mg, equivalent to 5 g of dry herb top.
- Adds Meta Zn® zinc bisglycinate (10 mg elemental zinc) and 100 mg vitamin C.
- One tablet in the evening; designed to sit alongside MetaRelax® Daily as a day-to-night pairing.
- Vegan-friendly tablet, free from dairy, gluten, wheat, nuts, soy protein and artificial colours, flavours and preservatives.
