Metagenics Vitamin K2 180 is a practitioner-only medicine. It is intended to be used on the advice of a qualified healthcare practitioner, who will decide whether it is appropriate for you and at what dose.
Metagenics Vitamin K2 180 is a single-active capsule supplying 180 micrograms of menaquinone 7, the long-chain form of vitamin K2, as the branded raw material K2VITAL DELTA. The menaquinone 7 here is synthetic rather than fermented from natto, which keeps the capsule free from animal products. It comes as the 60 capsule bottle, a two month supply at one capsule a day. Vitamin K2 is scarce in a typical Western diet, and it is supplied here as a single active so a practitioner can top up intake at a set dose.

The formula is free from animal products, dairy protein, lactose, eggs, gluten, wheat, nuts, yeast, soy protein and salt, and free from artificial colours, flavours and preservatives. The capsule contains sucrose and maize starch as excipients. Always review label for full list of ingredients.
