Metagenics UltraFlora Weight and Metabolic Health with Akkermansia is a once-daily capsule combining a pasteurised Akkermansia muciniphila MucT postbiotic at 30 billion non-viable cells with a standardised green tea leaf extract, chromium from two salts, riboflavin and vitamin D3. Akkermansia is a mucin-associated species that is difficult to supply as a live culture, which is why it appears here in postbiotic form. It comes as the 30 capsule bottle. Chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism and riboflavin to the normal release of energy from food, and the pasteurised Akkermansia muciniphila postbiotic sits alongside them for gut barrier support.
