Levomefolic acid (5-MTHF) (Vitamin B9) 400 micrograms, Mecobalamin (Vitamin B12) 50 micrograms, Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 100 mg, Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3) 25 micrograms equiv. 1000 IU, d-alpha-tocopheryl acid succinate 19 mg equiv. d-alpha-tocopherol (Vitamin E) 15 mg, Betacarotene 5.4 mg, Manganese amino acid chelate 34 mg equiv.
