Metagenics UltraFlora GI Regulate is a practitioner neutral-flavoured powder that pairs the researched probiotic strain Lactobacillus plantarum 299v at 20 billion CFU with 5 g of partially hydrolysed guar gum (PHGG), a specialised prebiotic fibre. It is formulated to support lower digestive health, normal bowel function and the growth of beneficial gut bacteria. The powder is essentially tasteless and dissolves clear, so it can be stirred into water without changing the drink. It is the 150 g pack, approximately 30 doses of 5 g.
