Metagenics Stressan is a practitioner-only medicine. It is intended to be used on the advice of a qualified healthcare practitioner, who will decide whether it is appropriate for you and at what dose.
Metagenics Stressan is a nine-herb capsule built on Traditional Chinese Medicine principles, with bupleurum root as the lead herb alongside pinellia, gambir, poria, cinnamon twig, Chinese date, baical skullcap and ginseng, plus hydroxyapatite. It comes as the 90 capsule bottle, which is fifteen days at the labelled dose of six capsules a day. Bupleurum is used in Traditional Chinese Medicine to calm the spirit and to assist the symptomatic relief of stress and irritability, and the formula is built around it on TCM principles.

- A classical bupleurum-based combination, with the lead herb at an equivalent of 834 mg of dry root per capsule.
