Metagenics Relaxan is a practitioner-only herbal formula that combines Bupleurum with Chinese peony, atractylodes, nutgrass, dong quai, poria, tree peony, gardenia, liquorice, peppermint and ginger. These herbs are traditionally used in Traditional Chinese Medicine to relieve symptoms of stress, nervous tension and emotional irritability associated with hormonal changes, and are presented in a vegetarian capsule.
