Metagenics Prime Essentials Multivitamin and Mineral is a practitioner one-a-day multivitamin combining a full B-complex with vitamins A, C, D and E, a broad mineral profile, and standardised grape seed and green tea extracts. It is formulated as an antioxidant that helps reduce free radical damage to body cells, and to support energy production, cognitive and brain function, nervous system function, healthy blood circulation and cardiovascular system health. It is the 60 tablet pack.

Warnings
- Selenium is toxic in high doses. Adults should not take more than 150 micrograms of supplementary selenium per day.
