Metagenics is a practitioner-only range. This product is supplied for use under the supervision of a qualified healthcare practitioner, who will confirm whether it suits your circumstances and how it should be used.
Metagenics P-Lift is a once-daily practitioner tablet combining three herbal extracts, withania, chaste tree and ginger, with vitamin B6, mixed tocopherols, zinc bisglycinate, lutein, iodine and selenium. It is presented as a 60 tablet bottle and taken with food. P-Lift is a practitioner-directed tablet for women through the premenstrual phase of the cycle, and chaste tree and withania are the herbs it is built around.

It is free from animal products, dairy protein, lactose, eggs, gluten, wheat, nuts, yeast and soy protein, and free from artificial colours, flavours and preservatives. Always review label for full list of ingredients.
Suggested Use
Adults 19 years or older: take 1 tablet once daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Warnings
This product contains selenium, which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms of selenium for adults from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Vitex agnus-castus may affect hormones and medicines such as oral contraceptives, so consult your health professional before use. Stop taking this product if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible, as it contains vitamin B6. Consult your healthcare professional before use, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions or are taking other medicines. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, always consult your healthcare professional before taking any medicine.
