Metagenics P-Lift is a practitioner-only medicine. It is intended to be used on the advice of a qualified healthcare practitioner, who will decide whether it is appropriate for you and at what dose.
Metagenics P-Lift is a once-daily film-coated tablet that combines a high dry-herb equivalent of Vitex agnus-castus with withania and ginger extracts, activated vitamin B6, zinc as MetaZn zinc bisglycinate, mixed tocopherols, lutein, iodine and selenium. Metagenics now sells the 30 tablet pack under the name PMS Ease, and this pack covers that single 30 tablet bottle at one tablet a day. Metagenics now sells the formula as PMS Ease and positions it for women through the premenstrual phase of the cycle, with chaste tree as the lead herb.
Product Strengths
- Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity.
- Vitex agnus-castus fruit extract standardised to an equivalent of 2 g of dry fruit per tablet.
- Withania somnifera root extract equivalent to 4.5 g of dry root, with ginger rhizome extract equivalent to 1 g of dry rhizome.
- Zinc supplied as MetaZn zinc bisglycinate, an amino acid chelate, delivering 25 mg of elemental zinc.
- Iodine and selenium supplied as potassium iodide and selenomethionine at 150 micrograms and 100 micrograms respectively.
- One tablet daily with food, so a 30 tablet pack covers a month of use.

Suggested Use
Adults: take 1 tablet once daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Allergens
The formula is free from animal products, dairy protein, lactose, eggs, gluten, wheat, nuts, yeast and soy protein, and free from artificial colours, flavours and preservatives. Always review label for full list of ingredients.
Warnings
Vitex agnus-castus may affect hormones and medicines such as oral contraceptives, so consult your health professional before use. This medicine contains selenium, which is toxic in high doses; a daily dose of 150 micrograms of selenium for adults from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Stop taking this medicine if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible, as it contains vitamin B6. Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and not intended for anyone under 18 years, except on professional advice. Vitamins and minerals can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.
Storage
Store below 25 degrees Celsius in a dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep the bottle tightly closed and keep out of reach of children.
