Metagenics O-Clear is a practitioner tablet that combines activated vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 with zinc, iodine and molybdenum, plus soy isoflavones, milk thistle, turmeric and rosemary extracts. It is formulated to support healthy oestrogen metabolism and the body's own liver detoxification pathways in healthy people. Milk thistle has traditionally been used in Western herbal medicine to support liver function. It is the 60 film-coated tablet pack.

- Adds 12 mg of elemental zinc, 100 micrograms of iodine and 62.5 micrograms of molybdenum per tablet.
