O-Clear also contains milk thistle, traditionally used in Western herbal medicine, to protect and support liver function.

Each tablet contains:
Pyridoxal 5-phosphate monohydrate (Vitamin B6) 39 mg
Zinc amino acid chelate (Meta Zn® - Zinc bisglycinate) 60 mg Equivalent Zinc 12 mg
Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 250 micrograms
Potassium iodide 131 micrograms Equivalent Iodine 100 micrograms
Molybdenum trioxide 94 micrograms Equivalent Molybdenum 62.5 micrograms
Dry herbal extracts: Glycine max (Soy Isoflav-OneTM), pressed seed cake 144 mg Derived from dry pressed seed cake 23 g
Silybum marianum (Milk Thistle), fruit 43 mg Derived from dry fruit 3 g
Curcuma longa (BCM-95™ Turmeric), rhizome 60 mg Derived from dry rhizome 1.5 g
