Metagenics NeuroCalm® Sleep is a practitioner herbal tablet built around five traditional Western herbal medicines - zizyphus (Ziziphus jujuba var. spinosa) seed, passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) herb, Jamaica dogwood (Piscidia piscipula) stem bark, Californian poppy (Eschscholzia californica) flowering herb and lavender oil. These herbs have traditionally been used to calm the mind, relieve sleeplessness and help relieve nervous tension and symptoms of mild anxiety. It is the 60 film-coated tablet pack.
