Metagenics MetaRelax® Daily is a practitioner magnesium tablet delivering 210 mg of elemental magnesium per tablet from magnesium amino acid chelate and MagActive® magnesium bisglycinate, with zinc, vitamin C and B vitamins B1, B2, B3 and B5. It is formulated to help support muscle relaxation, a healthy stress response, nervous system function and energy levels. It is the 60 tablet pack.
