Metagenics MetaPure EPA/DHA is a concentrated fish oil liquid in a citrus berry flavour. Each 4.2 mL dose supplies 4000 mg of concentrated fish omega-3 triglycerides, of which 2000 mg is EPA and 800 mg is DHA. It comes as two bottle sizes, 200 mL and 500 mL. EPA and DHA are the long chain omega-3 fatty acids the body uses in the heart, the brain and the nervous system, and Metagenics concentrates them here so a practitioner can direct a high daily intake.

Because it is a fish oil, it is not suitable for vegans or vegetarians, and it is not suitable for anyone allergic to fish. Always review label for full list of ingredients.

Adults: take 4.2 mL daily with meals, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
