Metagenics Meta Zinc with Vitamin C is a raspberry-flavoured oral powder in a 114 g tub. Each 1.9 g dose supplies 25 mg of elemental zinc as Meta Zn zinc bisglycinate together with 500 mg of vitamin C, activated vitamin B6, betacarotene and vitamin D3. It is stirred into water and drunk immediately. It suits a household where an adult and a child from four years both take it.

It is free from dairy protein, lactose, eggs, gluten, wheat, nuts, yeast, soy protein and salt, and free from artificial colours, flavours and preservatives. Always review label for full list of ingredients.
Suggested Use
Children 4 to 13 years: add one quarter of a metric teaspoon (0.95 g) to 100 mL of water once daily with food and drink immediately. Adults and teenagers, higher intake: add half a metric teaspoon (1.9 g) to 200 mL of water twice daily with food and drink immediately.
