MagActive Muscle Raspberry is a practitioner-only raspberry-flavoured magnesium powder from Metagenics, formerly sold as Fibroplex MagActive. Each 7 g dose supplies the MagActive magnesium bisglycinate blend delivering 300 mg of elemental magnesium, with taurine, glutamine, vitamin C, acetyl-L-carnitine and activated B vitamins. It comes as the 210 g raspberry tub only. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and to normal nerve and energy metabolism, and MagActive Muscle is a practitioner-directed magnesium powder for people whose dietary magnesium is inadequate.

Suggested Use

Warnings

Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible; this product contains vitamin B6. This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Contains 52 mg potassium per 7 g dose. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. This product is sold by weight not volume and some settling may occur. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional.
