Lipogen is a practitioner-only film-coated tablet from Metagenics combining choline bitartrate, inositol, taurine and methionine with activated B vitamins and three herbal extracts: bupleurum, barberry and dandelion. It comes as the 60 tablet bottle. Bupleurum, barberry and dandelion are used in Western, Chinese and Ayurvedic herbal traditions to support the liver and gall bladder, and choline is the nutrient the liver uses to process fats.
