Metagenics is a practitioner-only range. This product is supplied for use under the supervision of a qualified healthcare practitioner, who will confirm whether it suits your circumstances and how it should be taken.
Metagenics Five Mushroom Extract is a water and alcohol based liquid extract of five organically grown mushrooms, presented in a 25 mL dropper bottle. It contains the five mushrooms as equal parts of the extract base rather than as milligram quantities. It comes as a liquid rather than a capsule so a practitioner can set the number of drops, taken in water or juice, to suit the person in front of them.

- Reishi is traditionally used in Chinese medicine as a tonic to support vitality.
- Five mushroom extracts in equal proportion, each 20 per cent of the extract.
- Liquid extract in a water and alcohol base, taken by the drop.

- Bionectria ochroleuca 20 per cent.
- Annulohypoxylon stygium 20 per cent.
- Polyporus umbellatus (zhuling) 20 per cent.
- Ganoderma lucidum (reishi) 20 per cent.
- Lentinula edodes (shiitake) 20 per cent.
Contains no more than 30 per cent alcohol by volume.
Allergens
It is free from animal products, corn, dairy protein, lactose, eggs, gluten, wheat, nuts, yeast, soy protein, starches and salt, and free from artificial colours, flavours and preservatives. It contains ethanol. Always review label for full list of ingredients.
Suggested Use
Adults: shake well before use. Take 1.0 mL, which is 35 drops, in water or juice twice daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Warnings
Contains no more than 30 per cent alcohol by volume. Not to be used in children under 2 years of age without medical advice.

Store below 25 degrees Celsius.
