Excipients: Citric acid, Colloidal anhydrous silica, Crospovidone, Glycerol, Glycine, Hydrolysed rice, Hyprolose, Hypromellose, Magnesium stearate, Microcrystalline cellulose.

Directions for Use

Adults: Take 1 tablet three times daily. For magnesium supplementation: Take 1 tablet daily. Or take as directed by your healthcare professional.
