Femme Essentials is a practitioner-only once-daily multivitamin and mineral tablet from Metagenics, combining broccoli sprout powder with a full B-group complex, antioxidant vitamins and chelated minerals including Meta Fe iron bisglycinate. It comes as both the 60 tablet and 120 tablet bottles, which carry the same per-tablet formulation. The B group vitamins contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and vitamin B6 to the regulation of hormonal activity, which is the basis of this daily multivitamin for women.
