Metagenics CalmX is a practitioner-only medicine. It is intended to be used on the advice of a qualified healthcare practitioner, who will decide whether it is appropriate for you and at what dose. It contains vitamin B6 and potassium and carries warnings that should be read before use.
Metagenics CalmX Tropical is a tropical flavoured oral powder built around Meta Mag magnesium bisglycinate at 350 mg of elemental magnesium per dose, combined with taurine, glutamine, potassium citrate, calcium, vitamin C, activated B vitamins and Meta Zn zinc bisglycinate. It is stirred into water twice a day. It comes as the 476 g tub in the tropical flavour. Metagenics now supplies this formula under the name MetaRelax.
