Metagenics Bio Q-Absorb 150 is a practitioner-only medicine. It is intended to be used on the advice of a qualified healthcare practitioner, who will decide whether it is appropriate for you and at what dose. It carries a warning about warfarin that should be read before use.
Metagenics Bio Q-Absorb 150 supplies 150 mg of naturally sourced coenzyme Q10, as ubidecarenone, in a single soft capsule taken once a day. The capsule uses VESIsorb, a colloidal delivery system that Metagenics licenses for this range. It comes as the 60 soft capsule pack, which is two months at the labelled adult dose. Coenzyme Q10 is used by cells in the production of energy and is most concentrated in heart muscle, and Bio Q-Absorb is a practitioner-directed soft capsule for people topping up that supply.
