Description
Wanderlust Menopause Relief is a four herb capsule combining concentrated extracts of black cohosh root and rhizome, standardised red clover flower and leaf, shatavari root and zizyphus seed, taken one a day. It comes as a bottle of 30 hard capsules and is made in Australia. It relieves the symptoms of menopause and reduces menopausal hot flushes. It is also traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine to calm the nerves and to promote healthy libido.
