Melrose Omega Fish Oil Health & Heart is a premium liquid fish oil derived from 100% sustainable wild-caught sardines and anchovies. Lightly flavoured with lemon and lime, it is a good source of the essential omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA - nutrients the body cannot produce and must obtain through diet.

Suggested Use
Adults: Take 1 metric teaspoon (5ml) daily. Children 2 to 12 years: 2.5ml daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Best consumed with food. Shake well before use. Not to be used in children under 12 years of age without medical advice.
