Melrose Origins Bone Broth is an instant beef broth powder built on organic grass fed beef bone broth and bovine collagen powder, seasoned with yeast extract, organic yeast flakes, Himalayan pink salt and organic turmeric. The Turmeric can holds 105 g, about 12 serves, and each 9 g serve carries 8.2 g of protein and 5.7 g of collagen. Stir it into boiling water for an instant broth, or use it as the base for soups, stews, sauces and gravies.
