Description
Melrose Organic Apple Cider Vinegar is made by fermenting organic apple juice, and it is left unfiltered and unpasteurised so the cloudy strands of the "mother" stay in the bottle. Melrose is an Australian owned company that has been operating out of Melbourne since 1979. Use it to sharpen salad dressings and marinades, as the acid in a quick pickle, or diluted through a glass of water. Take it diluted with a rich meal.

Suggested Use
Add to salad dressings and marinades, use it to pickle vegetables, or dilute a small amount through a glass of water. Dilute it before drinking, as it is a strong acid. Sediment in the bottle is the "mother" and is normal in an unfiltered vinegar; shake before use.
