Melrose FutureLab Deep Wave Sleep Booster is a one a day capsule pairing AlphaWave® L-theanine with Relissa™ Lemon Balm Phytosome™, a lemon balm extract carried on a phospholipid complex. Lemon balm is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to relieve sleeplessness and nervous tension, and this is an evening capsule for adults winding down at the end of the day.
