Description
Melrose Apple Cider Vinegar Double Strength is a 500 mL cider vinegar made by fermenting apple juice, left unfiltered and unpasteurised so the cloudy strands of the mother stay in the bottle. It is bottled at 8% acidity, a concentrated vinegar rather than a table strength one, and alongside acetic acid it carries the lactic, citric and malic acids that come with fermented apple juice, plus pectin, potassium and trace minerals. Dilute it through water as a drink, or use it in the kitchen for salad dressings, marinades and pickling brines, where its acidity also works as a natural preservative.

Suggested Use
Always dilute before drinking. Stir a small amount through a glass of water, or use it in dressings, marinades and pickling brines. Vinegar at this strength is strongly acidic, so never take it neat and rinse your mouth with water afterwards. Confirm serving and directions from the product label.
