MAX'S Shred Water is a flavoured powder that mixes into a light, fruit flavoured drink rather than a creamy shake. It is collagen led, built on type I and III hydrolysed collagen peptides and type II hydrolysed bone broth collagen, both from cattle, with whey protein isolate behind them, and one 30 g scoop carries 23.2 g of protein. It is a powder that needs mixing, not a ready to drink bottle. It comes as an 800 g tub of 26 serves in Juicy Apple, Pineapple Punch and Raspberry Twist. Shake a scoop into cold water and drink it alongside regular meals or after a training session.
