MAX'S Shred System is a flavoured protein powder built on whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate, calcium caseinate and milk protein concentrate, with added amino acids, a digestive enzyme blend, Bacillus coagulans and a vitamin and mineral premix. One 30 g scoop carries 22.6 g of protein, and it also carries added caffeine and guarana, so the pack prints the caffeine advisory. It comes as a 900 g tub of 30 serves in Chocolate Brownie. Mix a scoop into water or milk and use it alongside regular meals or after a training session.
