MAX'S Glyco Force is an unflavoured carbohydrate powder with a short, simple ingredient list: maize maltodextrins, tapioca starch, waxy maize starch and sweet potato starch. One heaped scoop is a 50 g serve, and the 2.27 kg pack holds 45 serves. Being unflavoured, it goes into water, a shake or your usual drink without changing the taste much, and it is for use before, during or after sustained strenuous exercise.
