Burn Sleep

Maxine's BURN Sleep is a protein powder built on a slow and medium digesting dairy blend: whey protein concentrate, milk protein concentrate (micellar casein and whey protein), milk powder and calcium caseinate. Alongside the protein it carries glycine, ashwagandha, chamomile and skullcap extracts, magnesium, a full set of vitamins and minerals, soluble corn fibre, inulin, a digestive enzyme blend and a Bacillus coagulans culture. It comes as the 900 g pack in Vanilla Dream, a vanilla flavour, and mixes in a shaker or a blender in about 30 seconds. Have a serve in water or milk 20 to 30 minutes before bed, the last protein of the day for adults who train or keep an active daily routine.
