Dessert Mousse

Maxine's BURN Dessert Mousse is a powdered protein dessert from Maxine's, the Australian women's sports range. It is a formulated supplementary sports food built on a slow release protein blend of milk protein concentrate (micellar casein, whey protein), calcium caseinate (from milk), milk powder and whey protein concentrate (from milk), and the powder also carries L-carnitine, medium chain triglycerides, kidney bean and Garcinia cambogia extracts, raspberry ketones, choline bitartrate and inositol, together with Fibersol soluble corn fibre, inulin, a DigeZyme digestive enzyme blend and LactoSpore (Bacillus coagulans). This one is the Chocolate Decadence flavour in the 900 g bag, which holds 30 serves. Whisk a scoop into cold water in a bowl and eat it with a spoon as a dessert after dinner, or as a protein serve between meals, alongside an appropriate physical training or exercise program.

Suggested Use

Add 1 heaped scoop (approx. 30 g) to a bowl with 100 to 150 mL of cold water and whisk with a fork until the mixture dissolves and thickens, about 30 to 60 seconds. Eat it with a spoon. Take 1 to 2 serves daily. The 900 g bag holds 30 serves.

Storage
