Each tablet contains extracts equivalent to dried: Rehmannia glutinosa root 5g, Vitex agnus-castus fruit (Chaste Tree) 200mg, Paeonia lactiflora root (Peony) 3g, Bupleurum falcatum root 1.5g, Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3 200IU) 5mcg.

Take 1 tablet twice a day
