Macro Mike Powdered Peanut Butter is roasted peanut protein and faba bean protein milled to a fine powder, with coconut milk powder and a little coconut nectar, sweetened with monk fruit. Whisk it with water to the thickness you want, or spoon it dry into a shake, a bowl of oats or a baking mix. It comes as a 156 g jar of thirteen 12 g serves in two flavours, Original and Choc Hazelnut. It is the pantry way to get peanut butter flavour into a smoothie, a bowl of porridge or a batch of baking without opening a jar of the spreadable kind.
