Description
Lotus Rice Flour White is polished rice ground into a fine powder, packed in Australia from local ingredients. It is the workhorse gluten free flour: neutral in flavour, fine enough for delicate cakes and dumpling wrappers, and crisp when used as a coating. This 500 g pack carries a GLUTEN FREE flash on the front of pack, which the certified organic Lotus rice flour does not. Use it in a gluten free blend for cakes and biscuits, as the wrapper flour for dumplings and rice noodles, or as a light coating for anything fried, where it crisps up better than wheat flour does.
