Nutritional Yeast
What is nutritional yeast?
Nutritional yeast is flakes or a fine powder you scatter straight onto food for a savoury, cheesy flavour. Try it on pasta, popcorn or roast veg for a rich, cheese-like taste.

Is Nutritional Yeast right for you?
Common questions
Can I use nutritional yeast to bake bread?
No. Nutritional yeast has been heat-treated and dried, so it won't ferment or make dough rise. It's there for flavour. For baking bread, you'll want an active baker's yeast instead.
