Description
Lotus Himalayan Salt is naturally pink rock salt, packed in Australia in 500 g resealable bags. It comes as two grinds, coarse and fine. The pink colour comes from the trace minerals in the rock itself rather than from anything added, and the salt is left unrefined, so it seasons with a slightly rounder flavour than refined table salt.
Product Strengths
- The coarse grind also suits brining and dry rubs.
- Single ingredient: pink Himalayan salt, with no anti-caking agent and nothing added.
- Naturally pink from the trace minerals present in the rock.
- Two grinds on this pack: coarse 500 g for grinders, fine 500 g for everyday cooking and seasoning.
- Gluten free, dairy free, non GMO, kosher and suitable for vegans.
- Resealable bag rather than a shaker, so it decants easily into a mill or salt pig.
