Description
Lotus Organic White Rice Flour is milled from Australian organically grown polished rice into a fine powder. It gives a clean flavour and a light, slightly sandy crumb, which is why it turns up in cakes, cookies, dumpling wrappers and crumbing mixes. This is the certified organic 500 g pack, which is a different product from the conventional Lotus Rice Flour White also stocked here.

Serving Suggestion
Use in cakes, cookies and dumplings, as a crumbing flour, or as part of a blend in baking.
Allergens
It is packed in a facility that also processes peanuts, tree nuts, cereals containing wheat and gluten, milk, soy, sesame seeds and lupin. Unlike the conventional Lotus White Rice Flour, this organic pack carries no gluten free flash on the front of pack and no gluten line on its nutrition panel, so it should not be treated as gluten free. Always review label for full list of ingredients.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Reseal the pack after opening to keep the contents fresh.
