Lotus Organic Traditional Rolled Oats are dehulled organic oat groats that have been steamed and rolled into flat flakes, the creamy-style cut that thickens into a smooth porridge. It comes as three pack sizes, confirmed by barcode: 500 g (9317127640264), 750 g (9317127638681) and 1 kg (9317127640400). All three carry the same single ingredient. Simmer them into a smooth porridge, soak them overnight for a bircher, or use them in flapjacks, crumble toppings and Anzac biscuits.
