Description
Lotus Organic Textured Soy Protein is a coarse-cut textured vegetable protein made from organic soy beans. It rehydrates in minutes and takes on the texture of ground or minced meat, so it slots straight into dishes that would normally use mince. The barcode on this pack resolves to the coarse cut in a 100 g pack. Soak it in hot stock for a few minutes, then use it cup for cup in place of mince in a bolognese, a chilli or a curry, where it takes on the flavour of whatever sauce it is cooked in.
