Description
Lotus Organic Quinoa Flour is milled from organically grown whole quinoa, so the germ goes into the flour rather than being sieved out. It has a pronounced, slightly grassy flavour and it holds moisture, which is why bakers use it as part of a blend to keep crumb soft rather than as a straight one-for-one flour swap. This is the 500 g resealable pack.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Reseal the pack after opening to keep the contents fresh.
