Lotus Organic Puffed Millet is whole organic millet puffed under heat into light, airy grains, sold on this pack in a 125 g bag and a 175 g bag. Millet is a small-grained cereal, and puffing gives it a crisp, weightless texture and a mild toasted flavour. It behaves like a plain puffed cereal: eat it with milk, fold it through a bar mix, or use it to add crunch to a topping.
